Boundaries

"Should you not fear me?" declares the LORD. "Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it.
Jeremiah 5:22

In our world today, people pride themselves on pushing boundaries. It is good to know that to the Lord, it is just like the tide coming in. At high tide the ocean turns around and goes back out again!

In your life it is worth setting boundaries too. But keep asking the Lord where they are. The tidal marks may be further up than you think.

Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit ...

...to those who love and obey him. It's true that you cannot have a relationship without both!

"If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever — the Spirit of truth. What is so exciting today will soon be no more than a page on a faded newspaper that no-one will ever read again. Yes all of mankinds history is crumbling into dust, but Jesus Christ remains the same yesterday, today and forever. And YOU are invited to be a part of His Story. Why would you turn that down?
